Why are the products listed here at a different price than a new item?
At FastTrackRacks.com, we pride ourselves on the integrity of our products. We do not sell returned items as new due to the potential for damage during transit. For that reason, we inspect and re-package all returned items and offer them at a discounted price here, in our FastTrackRacks.com Outlet Store.
How do I know what condition the product is in?
Every product listed in our Outlet Store will feature a full description of its condition, with notes about any scratches or damage that occurred during shipping. Please note that the images used on the website are the standard stock photo of the item; not a picture of the exact product that you are ordering. If you have additional questions about the condition of an item, do not hesitate to contact FastTrackRacks.com customer service.
How do you determine the price for these items?
We set prices for items in our Outlet Store on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we will discount returned products between 10 and 20 percent. If a product has an unusual amount of scratching or damage, the discount can be even greater.
Are these items still covered by the manufacturer's warranty?
In most cases, yes, and all Outlet Store items are covered by a 30 day no-risk return policy. To check to see if a specific item is covered by its manufacturer's warranty, please contact FastTrackRacks.com's customer service.
How will these items ship?
All items will ship by FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Note: Items may not ship in their original packaging.
